- Taste – VERY important category. The tasting experience of the burger itself. Meat, bun, vegetables, sauce…
- Extras – Fries, dip sauces, everything extra besides the burger. Both quantity and taste
- Presentation – You eat with your eyes, right? First impression always important. Plating is everything.
- Environment – Cosy, noisy, relaxed
- Service – well service….good service, bad service
- Value for money – The burger can be fantastic….but if it costs you a small fortune…
- Paying process – Now what is this? Well nobody likes to wait for the bill for ever. The lunch break is a valuable time of day. We want to eat burgers, not waste our time on other things. Service can be good…but if there´s a long process to get out of there……here´s where you rate it.

Sen lunch i Skellefteå. Bra menyutbud. Tog New York burgaren. Helt ok men inget som höjde sig utöver det vanliga. Friesen såg ut som Sibyllas. Kanske Bastard börjat växa sig för stora, går mot fast food, not love food? Men har dom ett eget ölmärke, det blev jag nyfiken på.
Fantastiskt veganutbud! Jag åt en The Bastard Vegan som smakade utmärkt! Tog även vegan animal fries. Även de mycket goda.
Goda hamburgare med en ganska varierad meny. Ganska enkel inredning. Inte så mysigt att sitta kvar länge. Trevlig personal. Lite otydligt när hon frågade om jag ville ha extra ost fast jag bara ville beställa en burgare som hette extra cheesy.
Bästa menyutbudet gällande veg. alternativ. Trots det vågade jag inte chansa…..ville testa extra cheesy Luleå. Hamburgarn hette så. Blir dock förvånad när jag fått betala för extra cheese. Otydligt och konstigt. Kul med eget ölmärke. Ingen större mysfaktor på lokalen.
Besök hos BB i Umeå. Trevlig lokal, perfekt lite folk när jag var där, sen lunch. Tog veckans special, en New York. Hoppade pommes o tog mix-salad. Just den var väl lite trökig men burgarn var i gengäld mycket god.
